I experience my life deliberately -- exploring, learning, and growing. I like to be in a constant state of creating -- I love to craft, cook, bake and just ‘be’ in nature. Some have described me as a “findologist” - always searching, always asking questions; a “Mary Poppins” type -- finding the “sweet” or the “yes” to wash down a nasty taste or difficult task; A “Martha Stewart-Oprah type” -- crafting and making and teaching because I love my hands to be busy and finding out about YOU. I’m grateful for my children and who they’ve become. I couldn’t ask for more - they are unique, grounded, mindful and caring.

I’m so proud of them and amazed at how much they teach me - and reflect back to me the good things that make them who they are that reflect on who I was (and am) as their mother…

I have loved and cared for children since I was ten, taking on a two-year-old and a newborn (breastfed, cloth diapers!) without any direction or experience. I’ve always had a passion for health and a zest for solving things on my own.
