Fixing our teeth from the inside out

Fixing our teeth from the inside out

I've only recently discovered that glycerin can inhibit our teeth from absorbing the minerals we're using to brush them!

What I usually use is "natural toothpaste"--fluoride free and full of "good stuff". But what else can we add to our busy lives without making our life difficult?

Capsules of horsetail which provides needed silica for strong teeth and other minerals for depleted bodies and bones. Of course, reducing our sugar intake is paramount. However, do we really need to "brush after every meal"? As far as I know and understand, no, we don't.

Of course that's the short answer but, for a 3000 year old tool and still we get cavities, is this a chicken and the egg problem or can we really get to a healthy mouth overall with just a few tools? Diet of course, reduce sugar and increase minerals. If you haven't heard of "oil pulling", look it up. This is a great way to care for your teeth. Knock the crud off with a flosser or even better, a water pick, and then flick the rest off with a toothbrush and coconut oil or simply do the oil pulling without the brushing. Your teeth will feel smooth and slick. For added minerals and some more thorough cleaning, add some bentonite clay powder when you add the oil to brush. Enjoy your clean teeth -- and for added clean breath, spray a little natural peppermint breath spray just after brushing!
